I bought Apartment Life yesterday. This morning I cleaned up my pc to just work out any kinks that might interfere with AL.
I tried to install it three times in the last hour. I even restarted my computer once--I can't get the pack to install.
The first time it got to 98 percent and then a notice about a jpg file popped up and I clicked retry a few times. Still nothing.
I then powered the pc off and then tried to install it. This time it went to only 40 or 50 percent and another notice popped up saying something else that I forget, but it wasn't about an image file.
Any idea as to why this is happening? My latest pack is Free Time. I have Nightlife, Seasons, Pets, Bon Voyage, and FreeTime loaded on my pc. So far no problems with those either.

PS: Edited to say I do not use hacks/mods in my game.

I'm hoping folks can help me locate a very old piece of CC that I deleted from my game in a brainless fit of "oh, I don't need that anymore!" I've searched every site I can possibly think of and have unfortunately had no luck. Please see the picture behind the cut, and thank you in advance for any help you can give.

So it's been like a million years since I actually started up my sims game let alone actually played with the sims themselves and I kinda got a bug to play the game the other day -- as opposed to just building and decorating houses. Which meant I had to decorate my houses to be playable, no OSMPs and very little clutter. Though, I sorta took the easy way and just remodeled a couple of the houses in Pleasantview. Any who, I wanted to share my remodels -- since I haven't shared anything in such a LONG time. Enjoy!

I've been looking for this the past few days on Google and I looked through the entries and can't find it.
Anyway, I've been trying to find a patch/hack/whatever that gives sims realistic genitalia and not the Ken and Barbie parts. I know Pandora's Sims have it, but I'm really not interested in paying for a subscription. I tried to look around MATY, but even though I'm 21 and listed as such, I can't view the adult material and I have checked through my profile several times trying to find something on it.
I could have sworn there places you could find it for free, but I'm having no luck searching for it on Google or anything else.

So I've been having this bug where random sims suddenly gain body skill so fast that they're maximized pretty much before I can stop them working out/bowling/jumping rope, whatever. I was having it before I had any mods or CC installed, it happened after installing one of the later expansions. I've tried the FFS Debugger (as it claims to reset learning rate) but it did nothing. I have all EPs and SPs.
Anybody having this issue? Is there anything I can do to stop it happening? I'd really like there to be SOME challenge in getting a sim to the top of the athletic career!
I should probably make myself clear that a sim will go from zero body points to maxed out body skill in less than a sim hour... that doesn't sound like not a bug to me, but I could be wrong?
Also, I have remembered that it has definitely happened to sims that never studied physiology - in particular I had a toddler just grow in to a child and want to jump rope... she had like 6 body points in a matter of minutes...

- Kenneth "I must get every skill" Durrance (with the beard), his patient and tolerant wife Lucy, and their son Royal (the guy with the cat ears)
- Kenneth's brother Lennart (with the Ben Long nose) and Lennart's wife Sandy (the woman with the cat ears)
When last we left the Durrances, Gen 9 heir Royal Durrance continued to drag out the saga. He's decided he rather likes Don, a guy he picked up on a blind date. Unfortunately for him, his Aunt Sandy (okay, and his Uncle Lennart and parents, too) has decided he needs to settle down and get married, and they've even found him a wife: Starla, daughter of one of Lennart's old teenage girlfriends.
Will Royal speak up for himself? What's Starla like, anyway? Will this generation ever get around to producing the heir and ending this legacy?

I seem to have the worst luck with The Sims 2 because, yet again, I'm having another problem - similar to my last one - and yet again, it has to do with an EP. To start off, I have Double Deluxe (The Sims 2, NL & Celebration stuff), University Life Collection (University, Ikea stuff & Teen Style stuff), Best of Business Collection (OFB, H&M Fashion stuff & Kitchen and Bath stuff) and Pets.
I bought the Seasons EP yesterday and tried installing it. It installed just fine but would crash before it even got to the loading screen. So, I started the problem-shooting process, starting with taking out my CC and deleting the cache files. Still was crashing. I did everything in this tutorial and got nothing. So today I uninstalled everything and reinstalled it. I backed-up the new files in case the old ones didn't work and I switched the new files for the old files. The game still crashed. Tried with the new files and the game still crashed.
IDK what to do and I've tried everything. Help me!? Please!
Note: Sometimes after I did certain things it would get to the loading screen but would still crash. The "This application has crashed and will now terminate" message comes up every time, BTW.

The LTW "Own 5 Top-Level Businesses" - does the sim with this LTW have to own all 5 at the same time? Or can it be one after the other? e.g. start a business, get it to level 10, close/sell it, start another business, and so on.

I'm so sorry to be a bother again, but a problem just cropped up tonight and I've done some searching and haven't seen anything quite like it yet. Well, I saw one that was close, but it hadn't been answered yet.
What happened was I thought it would be funny to move Romeo in with Juliette's family. Then I went to the Monty family to do makeovers and my game crashed. This happened again when I tried to enter their lot. I was able to move them to the Sim bin, but I can't move them anywhere. Romeo is still safe and sound in his new house so I'm a little confused and hope this doesn't mean BAD things are on the horizon. Has anyone seen something like this before?
EDIT: I did delete the cache, but that didn't seem to help.

My Sims are refusing to use their computers. They can sit down at the chair, and the menu comes up asking if they'd like to check Email or chat or whatever, but instead of turning it on to use, they throw a little tantrum and a thought bubble with the lounge chair comes up over their heads. This started happening ever since I installed the Open for Business pack it seems. Please HELP? What in the Sims world could possibly have gone wrong??
It's really hard for me to look this problem up because each time I type in the problem, issues about users actual real computers come up instead!! And maybe it IS a problem with my own comp, but either way I'd really like to know what's making my Sims not be able to use THEIRS.
Help? Please? Thanks!
EDIT- Thanks!! I'm going to try everything that was suggested. One thing I did fail to mention though is that it IS the "Best of Business" pack I installed. Not just the Open for Business pack. So, does that change things any? Maybe presents a possible glitch or something?? :/

Okay, so i got The sims 2, Best of Business collection today, and installed it. Now, i'm getting an error message stating "application has failed. Application will now terminate." i played earlier today, and this didn't happen. So, i uninstalled Open for business, and reinstalled it. Again, i got the error message. So, i uninstalled it, and just played like i did earlier. But, when i tried to get it started, the same error message started up. So, i reinstalled Open for business, and tried body shop, which still works perfectly. What should i do?
oh, and i have The sims 2: nightlife, Seasons, pets, glamour life, university, freetime, and Apartment life.
Please help guys, i don't know what to do D: i'm stupid with computers!!!!
